AYAH NO              ARABIC SURAH AL-FATIHA TRANSLITERATION

1             بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ             BISMILLAHIR-RAHMANIR-RAHEEM

2             ٱلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ               ALHAMDU LILLAHI RABBIL ‘ĀLAMĪN

3             ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ                        AR-RAHMANIR-RAHEEM

4             مَٰلِكِ يَوْمِ ٱلدِّينِ                           MĀLIKI YAUMID-DĪN

5             إِيَّاكَ نَعْبُدُ وَإِيَّاكَ نَسْتَعِينُ            IYYĀKA NA‘BUDU WA IYYĀKA NASTA‘ĪN

إذا وضعت جنبک علیٰ الفراش و قرأت فاتحة الکتاب و قل هو الله أحد، فقد أمنت کل شی إلا الموت. (ابن کثیر، 1: 12)

“If you recite Surah Fatiha and Surah Ikhlas while you are in bed, you will be safe from everything except death.” ‘‘
