The fifth section of the Holy Quran begins with this discourse. In this article, we will explore khulasa e Quran (Surah An-Nisa Ayat 24-37). At the beginning of the fifth section, in continuation of the absolute prohibitions, it is stated that marriage with a woman who is already in the bond of wedlock with another man is forbidden.
Even if her husband divorces her, marrying her during the waiting period or explicitly proposing marriage is also prohibited. However, after the waiting period, she is free to marry another person with her consent.
This paragraph holds great significance for khulasa e Quran (Surah An-Nisa Ayat 24-37). Let’s study this paragraph:
Verse 29 declares that acquiring wealth through unlawful means is forbidden, while trade based on mutual consent is permissible, along with any profits gained from it. Similarly, wealth obtained through gifts or inheritance is lawful.
However, acquiring others’ wealth through gambling, fraud, theft, robbery, embezzlement, bribery, false oaths, or perjury is strictly prohibited. Anyone who unjustly consumes another’s wealth will become fuel for Hell.
In verse 32, envy is prohibited, and it is emphasized that Allah, in His wisdom, has granted some people superiority in wealth, status, and honor.
One should not wish for these blessings to be taken away from others, as this is considered envy, which is forbidden. Instead, one should ask Allah for His grace, as His treasures are boundless.
Allah also declares, “Men are the protectors and maintainers of women because Allah has given one superiority over the other, and because men spend from their wealth (as they provide dowry and are responsible for the sustenance of their wives and children).”
Verse 37 commands the belief in the oneness of Allah and forbids all forms of polytheism. Following this, the rights of fellow human beings are mentioned, instructing kindness towards parents, relatives, orphans, the needy, neighbors, travelers, and those under one’s care. Furthermore, neighbors are categorized into different levels of consideration and respect.
In this paragraph we learn about the khulasa e Quran (Surah An-Nisa Ayat 24-37). May Allah Almighty grant every Muslim the passion and ability to understand the Quran.
