قالَ رَسولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّمَ: قالَ اللَّهُ: كُلُّ عَمَلِ ابْنِ آدَمَ له، إلَّا الصِّيَامَ؛ فإنَّه لي، وأَنَا أجْزِي به، والصِّيَامُ جُنَّةٌ، وإذَا كانَ يَوْمُ صَوْمِ أحَدِكُمْ فلا يَرْفُثْ ولَا يَصْخَبْ، فإنْ سَابَّهُ أحَدٌ أوْ قَاتَلَهُ، فَلْيَقُلْ: إنِّي امْرُؤٌ صَائِمٌ. والذي نَفْسُ مُحَمَّدٍ بيَدِهِ، لَخُلُوفُ فَمِ الصَّائِمِ أطْيَبُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ مِن رِيحِ المِسْكِ. لِلصَّائِمِ فَرْحَتَانِ يَفْرَحُهُمَا: إذَا أفْطَرَ فَرِحَ، وإذَا لَقِيَ رَبَّهُ فَرِحَ بصَوْمِهِ.[صحيح البخاري – 1904]

The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) said: Allah said: All the work of the son of Adam is for him, except fasting, for it is mine, and I will reward him, and fasting is a paradise, and if the day of fasting of one of you does not flutter or clamor, if anyone insults him or kills him, let him say: I am a fasting man. And the soul of Muhammad in his hand, for the mouth of the fasting person is more pleasant to Allah than the wind of musk. The fasting person has two joys that he rejoices in: if he breaks his fast with joy, and if he meets his Lord, he is happy with his fast. [Sahih Bukhari – 1904]

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) reported that Allah (PBUH) says in the Hadith al-Qudsi:
All the deeds of the son of Adam multiply the good deeds tenfold to seven hundred times, except fasting, for it is mine where hypocrisy does not occur, and I reward him so that I am unique in knowing the amount of his reward and weakening his good deeds.

Then He said: (Fasting is a paradise) and protection and cover and a fortress that is immune from fire, because it is a constipation from desires and falling into sins, and fire is fraught with desires.
(If it is the day of fasting of one of you, he should not breathe) by sexual intercourse and its introductions, nor by obscene words at all.

One of the etiquettes of fasting is to abandon obscene speech and ado, and to be patient with harming people and meeting their offense with patience and charity.

If a fasting person or worshipper rejoices because of the completion and completion of his worship, that does not detract from his reward in the Hereafter.

The perfect joy is to meet God Almighty, when those who are patient and fasting pay their reward without calculation.

Informing people to obey when needed and in good interest is not hypocrisy to say: “I am fasting.”

The fasting person who fasts completely is the one whose limbs are silent about sins, whose tongue is silent about lying, obscenity, and false sayings, and whose tongue is silent about food and drink.

Affirmation of the prohibition of clamor, strife and shouting during fasting, otherwise the non-fasting person is also forbidden.

Conclusion

This hadith is narrated by the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) from his Lord, and it is called the Qudsi or divine hadith, which is pronounced and meaning by God, but it does not contain the characteristics of the Qur’an that distinguish it from others, such as worship by reciting it, purity for it, defiance, miracles, and so on.
