عَنْ اَبِیْ ھُرَیْرَۃ ؓ اَنَّ رَسُوْلَ اللہِ صَلّیَ اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّ عَلَی صُبْرَۃِطَعَامِِ فَاَدْخَلَ یَدَہۃ فِیھاَ، فَنَالَتْ اَصَابِعُہُ بَلَلاََ فَقَالَ : مَا ھَذَا یَا صَاحِبَ الطَّعَامِ؟ قَالَ اَصَابَتہُ السَّماءُ یَا رَ سُوْلَ اللہ ِ ، قَالَ : اَفَلَا جَعَلْتَہُ فَوْ قَ الطَّعَامِ کَیْ یَرَاہُ النَّاسُ ، مَنْ غَشَّ فَلَیْسَ مِنِّی۔ (صحیح مسلم ،رقم ۱۰۲)

All forms of deception are included in the category of haraam, for example, trying to prove a lie to be true through fat language, presenting falsehood in the color of truth. Do not show the defect of the deal and to collect the price of good goods by adding good goods to good goods. That is why he said, “Man ghash fleis minywa is not from me, it means that he is not in my way.” It does not behove my ummah to do this i.e. mixing, cheating, swearing and selling goods.

One who has too much water on the way and does not give it to the traveler, the other who pledges allegiance to the world if he gives it to him according to his will, then he should stick to the pledge or break it. Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas (MAY Allah be pleased with him) said: “When the treachery of the spoils of a nation begins to be exposed, the enemy’s anger is put in their hearts.” When adultery is common in a nation, there is an abundance of deaths in it.
When a nation begins to reduce its weight, its sustenance is taken away (i.e., the blessing in its sustenance is eliminated). When a nation does injustice in making decisions, bloodshed spreads among them. When a nation starts breaking the covenant, enemies are imposed on it.
The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever sells a defective thing and does not tell the buyer about its defect that he has this defect and defect in him, then such a person will be constantly in the wrath of Allah. (Ibn Majah)
That is why Iqbal said:
اپنی ملت پر قیاس اقوام مغرب سے نہ کر
خاص ہے ترکیب میں قوم رسول ہاشمی

Today, milk adulteration is a common crime, mixing water, extracting butter to make suprita milk, adding powder to milk, making fake and unhealthy cold drinks. This is the unclean earning through which God does not accept the worship done. By doing such business and the earnings earned from it, people consider it a mirage for themselves to get the pleasure of Umrah and Hajj again and again, while all these are ineffective.
Today, the sin for which those who claim to believe in God and His Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) are being punished is not the sin of the Turkic Salaah, the Turkish Som and the Turkish Tahajjud;
As a result of this grim situation of food, the development of children is being affected, and diseases are spreading among the citizens, especially children, and every fourth Pakistani is suffering from mouth, liver cancer, hepatitis, kidney diseases, sugar, blood pressure, skin diseases and gastrointestinal disorders.
Seeing the rush of patients in public and private hospitals across the country, it feels as if there has been a dangerous epidemic in the country, there is hardly any house in which there are no patients.
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “There are three offices by deeds. There is a sin which Allah says: I will never forgive. That sin is that if an unfortunate person associates someone with Allah, Allah will not forgive the polytheist at all. The second right is Allah. Regarding the one who neglects them, he said, “Allah will forgive if He wills, and Allah will not forgive if He wills” and said, “Your office is the rights of al-Ibad, unless the servants forgive, Allah will not forgive.”
The matter does not end only with food items, but if a person is sick due to the unfavourability of the conditions and the conditions, then sometimes medicines are also needed, but alas these medicines are also not safe from adulteration and imitation, the medicine that you are using for the purpose of health, it is possible that the capsule is a toffee and a syrup in the form of tonic, or anything; Rather it is harmful. Expiry date medicines are also given to the gullible public, which sometimes leads to an increase in the disease. These things aside.
On the one hand, where the world is breaking all records of development, new revelations are being made every day, on the other hand, it is also a fact that man is trying to take every step to accumulate illegal wealth with both hands, whose goal is nothing but “earning money”, the greed for more earnings and man’s. Negligence has made him greedy, by which he is crossing all limits, the lust for wealth and the desire to become the richest soon through shortcuts, has snatched the cloak of humanity from man, man has become unfamiliar with the message of humanity.
Obviously, what can be the purpose of making adulteration and imitation items other than to get maximum profit in less capital, if the health of human beings is bad, then there is nothing to do with sharia and society. All these things and the present circumstances reflect that the illegitimate lust for wealth has deprived man of human spirit and real values.
Muslims by deceiving their own Muslim brothers and selling adulterated goods. He may consider it a salvation for himself to sell cheap goods by taking high money. While the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, “Wealth grows from haraam, the body will not go to Paradise.” Have we ever wondered why adulteration is becoming common in the society? Every person is trying his best to prepare and sell adulterated goods.
The main reason for this is lack of punishment. Before the reign of Hazrat Umar Farooq(ra), the punishment for drinking alcohol was 40 lashes. When it was seen that people were being attracted to alcohol and the people living in the society were not stopping from this curse and evil with the punishment of 40 lashes, the punishment for drinking alcohol was increased from 40 lashes to 80 lashes.
My personal opinion is that our legislative bodies should also pay attention to increase the punishment of manufacturers and sellers of adulterated and counterfeit health items so that the members of the society can be saved from this social evil. In this adulterated environment, the Punjab Food Authority has taken action against the adulteration mafia and to improve the quality of food items, which is like a lamp in this dark darkness.
After the fines of the Punjab Food Authority, the quality of health and hygiene in bakeries and hotels has improved to some extent, but it is not enough to fine the adulteration mafia for such inhuman acts or temporarily close their business. can be destroyed. Of course, those who play with human lives do not deserve any concessions.
