Translation:

Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbas (RA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to his uncle Abbas bin Abdul Muttalib (RA): “O Abbas! O my uncle! Should I not give you (something)? Should I not bestow on you? Should I not love you? Should I not treat you with ten things? If you do them, Allah will forgive your sins, past and present, old and new, unintentional and intentional, small and big, hidden and open. (These) ten things are that you pray four rak’ahs, in each rak’ah recite Surah Fatiha and a Surah. Then when you finish reciting the first rak’ah and before sitting down (in the Qa’dah), say (these words) fifteen times while standing: Subhaan Allah, waal-hamdu lillah, wala There is no god but Allah, and Allah is the Greatest. Then bow and say these words ten times in bowing. Then raise your head from bowing and say these words ten times. Then bow and say these words ten times in prostration. Then raise your head from prostration and say these words ten times. Then do another prostration and say these words ten times in it. Then raise your head from prostration and say these words ten times. Thus, there will be seventy-five (75) glorifications in each rak’ah. Do this in four rak’ahs. If you can, then pray this prayer once every day, if you cannot, then once every Friday, if you cannot, then once every month, if you cannot, then once every year, and if you cannot, then once in your life.”
